    @CefiroGuy3 Good one… Still, I think the A400M is a worthy successor of both the C17 and the C130

    @32574 Well than obviously you don’t know much about airplanes. Both airplanes are designed and built for the same purpose. Which means that they will look similar. Its not the first time. There are many planes built by different companies and they always look similar when built for the same purpose.

    Do some research b4 you make dumb comments.

    @32574
    Are you blind? There is not one single part identical to the C130, not to mention that it lifts almost TWICE as much as a C130.

    @thermo81 Because we gained our independence from the British empire, thus Europe, and we became the New World. It’s a matter of pride.

    @noodleninjaa Not really. The same can be said for almost all cargo aircraft, as it dictates a rear ramp-loading high-wing / t-tail design automatically.

    @SuperDave619
    Get your facts strait.
    Tu160 first flight: 1981
    B1 first flight: 1974
    Space Shuttle first spaceflight: 1981
    Buran first and only spaceflight: 1988
    What “new shuttles” do you mean? There is only the space shuttle and the buran.

    @flyboymd82 Russia did not steal all of Boeing designs. They just steal a bit of Boeings and Airbuses and other aircraft systems. But they also have their own aircrafts. Su-47 for example. Tu-160 was developed long before B-1 Bomber. Buran was the first Space Shuttle and all the new Shuttles look like Burans. Come on, everyone leeches off everyone else. It’s just capitalism.

    @noodleninjaa La france, allemagne, belgique, espagne, angletaire, turquie, et trois autres pays ont participé à ce programme. Absolument rien avoir avec votre C-17, même si il lui ressemble.

    Les américains ne veulent pas rentrer dans l’europe, pour garder leur propre autonomie dans plusieurs domaines. Hors de question pour que l’europe développe des avions avec les américains.

    @flyboymd82 Due wtf? I hate this place for the same reason, I’ll be immigrating to canada soon enough. Apart from that, this is just Airbus’s first military plane, U.S. has better military planes anyway, it’s just dont be to harsh on Airbus’s first one. The 707 wasn’t that great for a civil jet either, nor the A300 was, infact that one looses from the 767 in that time. They had to start somehow.

    @sonicfan7 LMAO!! The C-17 can land & stop in under 1000 feet & take off fully loaded in under 2300 feet & can use pave, unpaved, grass runways as well. Can this peice of shit do the same?

    Blow me Mr Amsterdam. Go suck some dick in one of your gay bath-houses in that joke of the world you live in.

    @flyboymd82 This one is significantly smaller, designed for smaller distances, shorter runways, unpaved runway’s. Just shut the fuck up U.S. Imbicile.
