Just to mention that that woman on the tram was probably happy slapped and provoked, by the person who filmed her. She was coming back from an outpatient unit and you can see from her behaviour that she’s on antipsychotic drugs (repetitive lip movements). The person who filmed this should be prosecuted for making her life a living hell and posting her child face all over the internet.
